Bio film update

Hello everyone.
I had recieved a few questions about the biofilm protocol and realized I have not given out the latest update.
It has been a couple weeks of no biofilm protocol and I feel great. I stopped it for a few weeks ago as I will be switching protocols under my new doctors care. I'm excited to return to it as I feel it has really helped me to clean out my body and feel cleaner all around. Also my new doctor was able to detect a yeast overgrowth which she believes only surfaced because the biofilm was cleaning me out.

I hope others have had success with the biofilm. I would love to hear from others.

Once I return onto the biofilm I will update you once again.

Until Then... Enjoy...

January Goal

Hello everyone! This is my first post of the year. I want to begin with HAPPY NEW YEAR! It is going to be a great year and I am looking forward to all the year has to offer me.

My January Newsletter is coming out and if you haven't read it let me give you a glimps...

The focus is setting monthly goals instead of a New Year's Resolution. Usually my New Year's resolution is to be healthier. Over the last few years I am much healthier, but it's time to work on the specifics to being healthier.

This month my January goal has been less salt. Although I haven't posted I have been using less salt. To be honest prior to this goal I prefered to put salt on every or every other bite. So this month I have reduced the salt intake. Suprisingly I don't miss salt. I have been tasting new flavors and actually eating less in general.

New York's Mayor is actually trying to pass bill to lower the amout of used in New York. To find out more read here: http://www.nytimes.com/2010/01/11/business/11salt.html

For those of you that do not know your sodium level it may be benefial to ask next time you are the doctors and follow any recommendations that may be made in regards to how you should move forward.

For those that enjoy the salt and are not sure why you should give it up, know overconsumption of salt can lead to health risks such as high blood pressure and kidney problems.

There are many resources on salt available. Please let me know if you have any questions or comments. I would love to hear from you.

Thanks for reading. Check back to see what changes I'm going to make next month!
